I’ve watched many vampire films of varying quality; some I have liked, but the vampire aspect isn’t scary. review) but how some characters act and how certain events play out in here just don’t make any fucking sense no matter how you spin it. Nesta segunda parte, os autores parecem ter se perdido e desenvolvem um final meio what the fuck no mau sentido. Disclaimer: DC Comics provided Batman News a free copy of this comic for the purpose of this review. After a rough journey, I will admit that Batgirl’s stand in Gotham was an appreciated but mostly symbolic highlight.

The art is pretty good throughout but there are a few areas where it was hard to tell who was who, especially in a fight scene involving the Suicide Squad.James is the co-creator of many other acclaimed original series, including the GLAAD Media Award winning THE WOODS, with Michael Dialynas.

Everything she did once she got in was on purpose, and you know she's not evil, so she obviously planned for herself to be turned.Os momentos com o Oliver Queen foram bem interessantes, fazia tempo que não via nada do herói e agora quero ler a nova mensal dele.

The ending hypes up the next issue, but regardless of that, I'm definitely going to be excited whenever a new issue from this se ries comes out. The ending too is out of left field ( Batgirl sacrifices herself to vampire Dick for no apparent reason and then becomes the new, benevolent vampire queen? Vampires has been a surprisingly epic storyline, charting a bloody path across an increasingly grim version of the DC Universe. He is the co-creator of WYND with Michael Dialynas, the young adult fantasy adventure series published by BOOM!

While the remaining survivors have gained some serious boosts thanks to the likes of Supergirl and the death of Nightwing, the rise of a corrupted Batgirl could spell the end of this timeline's last hope. It is well within Oliver’s character to go to war for the little guy, but it felt just as pointless as tears in the rain. The original series ends with Batgirl ruling over Gotham and declaring humanity all but fallen, with only a few resistance cells left, including Supergirl and Jayna's offensive team, Green Arrow and Swamp Thing's human rescue effort, and Alfred Pennyworth and Talia al Ghul's espionage operation.

When putting this on my TBR, I figured that the main draw would be all of the crazy action like in DCeased. The books may each have their individual merits, but every attempt to connect them has resulted in unnecessary anachronisms. I won't spoil anything by going further into that for those of you who haven't read the previous volume, but there's a nice twist at the end of that one.Total shit book though and I’m probably just not reading Volume 2 unless it’s given to me or ends up in my library, because who fucking cares how this ends or what happens at this point? The Caped Crusader, like Ollie, had already caught wind of what was going on in the shadows and anticipated that the League members might've been turned. Yet another DC ‘what if’ story that’s so well written that it’s a shame the mainstream DC events aren’t this fun/ interesting.
