For heavy cracking we recommend that you first apply some leather binder before application, this will strengthen the fibers in the leather and create a longer lasting more durable repair. Cut out a small piece of the original leather from a hidden area and adjust its shape according to the hole. Apply the filler in layers, allow each layer to dry before applying another, if you allow he filler to cure naturally you will find it easier to use overall, but you can use hairdryer to speed up the process, just remember that after heating the filler allow it to cool down before touching or applying other layers. In the case of very large tears and/or very rough leathers, it is advisable to sew the leather with a thin but strong thread.

Continue to apply thin layers of filler until the depth of the scratch, scuff or surface damage has been filled and the surface is level or you've achieved the level of filling you require.
