We suggest the matte finish for those with normal to oily skin or for those who need an oil free base but still like their skin to look hydrated & radiant. On the other hand, the dewy finish works best for those with normal to dry skin who love a little glow. It has added essential oils like aloe vera and lavender oil to further hydrate & nourish the skin. With the launch of our NEW, high coverage collection Satin Silk, we’ve been getting lots of questions about the differences in our base products, so we thought we’d walk you through the benefits of each to help you decide which one your skin needs the most.

The ‘no makeup, makeup’ look has exploded in recent months thanks to TikTok’s ‘clean girl aesthetic’. However, from what I’ve found, those high gloss textures don’t last on the skin and when you add powder to try and prolong them, things immediately get textured. We currently have 30 shades of Second Skin in a range of undertones and each shade is the exact same in both the matte and the dewy finish. Sculpted By Aimee Tint & Glow Skin Enhancer contains a blend of hyaluronic acid and niacinamide which helps to create a healthy glowing finish. As the name suggests this face makeup will Tint the skin with a lightweight sheer coverage as well as leaving it with a glow to add the most radiant finish. SPF30 broad spectrum protection, with blue light protection for our days in front of screens. Tint & Glow also comes in 20 shades and contains Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate the skin, niacinamide to protect it, and carrot root extract shields the skin from the effects of blue light. It has SPF30, but to ensure you’re getting full protection, it’s essential to use enough of this. If you only apply a small amount, use a separate SPF underneath it. Tint & Glow is an excellent base for those with dry skin, as it feels more moisturising than the others, especially HydraTint. But on days when I want a sheer, glowy, radiant finish, I’ll use Tint & Glow. Second Skin Matte – buy hereThe Hydration - It’s almost like a hyaluronic acid serum with an added tint. You can actually see the effects of the hydration on your face as the skin is left with a ‘I drink so much water’ type of glow! Bronze Base also has Vitamin E which provides the skin with a little extra nourishment, leaving it super soft and smooth. The Results - Bronze Base takes just 6 hours to develop, that’s why we suggest using it before bed, but the results are second to none. You wake up with a beautifully bronzed complexion, but the kind of bronze that looks like you’ve been on holidays rather than an overly fake tanned look. It just leaves the right amount of tint on the face which you can wear alone, or add makeup over it.

This is described as a moisturising tinted serum and comes in 20 shades. It’s made up of 90% skincare ingredients, including Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate and Centella Asiatica Water and Ceramides to boost the skin’s integrity. Hannah’s first ‘gentle layer’ is one I would never have thought of, but before her main foundation, she applies a sheer, light coverage, illuminating one.
